Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your piece. If it is not right, the following terms apply.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn and in original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Sized or custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
All Penance pieces are oxidized by hand. The finish naturally changes and wears over time. This is intended and is not a defect or grounds for return.
Product photography is representative. Slight variation between the photo and the received piece is normal for hand-finished silver.
Damaged or incorrect items
If a piece arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you.
Care
To preserve a piece, keep it dry and store it away from other metals. The oxidized finish will naturally lighten on high-contact areas over time. This is normal and can be restored.
