Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Because each piece is finished by hand, occasional small delays can happen during high-demand periods. If your order is affected, you will be notified by email.

Shipping is currently available within Canada only.

Shipping across Canada via tracked mail. Shipping cost and delivery time are shown at checkout.

Once your order ships, a tracking number is emailed to you.

Penance is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked delivered but reported missing.
